Marketing Strategy and Channel Marketing
As acting CMO for Transparent Health Marketplace, TWG worked with senior management to create the positioning, messaging and go-to market strategy for introducing its disruptive healthcare technology platform to the workers' compensation industry. TWG led the creation of the company's brand identity and production of its website, explainer video, infographic, press/media relations plan, social media engagement plan, and competitive analysis.
Transparent Health Marketplace will officially launch in 2019. In the meantime, TWG has developed the foundation for several marketing programs, including influencer outreach, event marketing, trade media relations, product design, and direct response initiatives to on-board new healthcare providers to the platform. TWG is also supporting early market testing of the platform in regional markets and developing channel marketing programs with some of the largest workers' compensation payers in the U.S.
